Our kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense classes will help your child develop self confidence, discipline, respect, and coordination while training in a fun and exciting family atmosphere. They will learn the fundamental movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while interacting with other children their age.
The Adult BJJ classes cover a wide variety of techniques and drills to take a student from beginner to advanced. These classes provide the foundation for your grappling training. All of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are open to students of all skill levels beginner through advanced.
We currently have a full schedule of classes streaming live via Zoom which allows you to get one-on-one feedback from Professor Foster and his assistant coaches, as well as access to previous class recordings for review and at home study.
People About Us
My initial goal was to get back in shape and make a directional change in my personal lifestyle. I thought my competitive days were over, but the FBJJ team sparked a fire inside of me. It has been some of the hardest training of my life, both physically and mentally, but an experience I’ve enjoyed thanks to the camaraderie of this gym.
I was a has-been college athlete in the midst of a personal crisis that had me feeling exhausted, overweight and all around pretty down about my life. Jiu-Jitsu was more mentally and physically challenging than any sport I had ever played. But each training session was novel and subtlety designed to instill confidence. The coaches are knowledgeable and recognized the differing learning curves and morale of each student.
Foster BJJ is proud to be an affiliate of One Jiu Jitsu, under the guidance of Professor Giva Santana.
